LSK Global PS, First to Acquire ‘ISO 9001’ 

Certification for All Areas of Clinical Trial Services in Korean CRO Industry

[March 23, 2017] South Korea’s leading Contract Research Organization (CRO) LSK Global PS (LSK Global Pharma Services Co., Ltd.) announced on March 10, 2017 the obtainment of ‘International Organization of Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015’ quality management system certification in accordance with international standards in the field of all clinical trial services and development, management of professional human resource training programs for clinical services. Now, LSK Global PS is the first Korean CRO company to receive service quality certification for all areas related to clinical trial services from ISO.

ISO 9001 Certification is an international standard for quality management system established and implemented by ISO, a system that certifies company that meets the requirements of the service system, continuously maintained and managed. The certification obtained by LSK is a quality management system (ISO 9001), which certifies the development and operation of training programs for human resource training specializing in all areas of clinical trial services and clinical research. In the meantime, a number of CROs have received ISO certification for specific clinical trials or training areas. Yet, LSK Global PS is the first CRO to acquire certification on all clinical trial services such △clinical research plan and design △monitoring △data management and analysis △statistics △protocol and results report △drug monitoring △quality assurance service and more.
